Touched By an Angel

I was Touched by an Angel sent from God Above
He was sent here to me to share his true love
With wings of snow so soft yet so bright
That wrap around me in the dark of the night
The Look the angel had on his sweet face
Was so delicate like a fine piece of lace
He spoke not a word with his body all white
I felt the inner peace and knew everything was right
His thoughts were sent from his mind to mine
He let me know that God was divine
The tragic event that I just went through
Was part of his plan and God loves me to
God gave his Son who died on the Cross
God knows how I feel with my great loss
I was touched by an angel so you can see
So I can sends him to you to watch over thee
