Inner Peace

The say Inner Peace is found in the heart
How can you find it when your heart is torn apart
Inner peace can also be a state of mind
Hopefully one day that we can find
The tranquil peace of a quiet solitude
The sounds of birds singing in multitude
The sight and smell of beautiful flowers
The first day of spring and April showers
The soft warm breeze that we feel
Are all in harmony and are real
These my friend are an outer peace
The sights, the sounds the smells increase
Take the beauty of a bright red rose
The soft petals the scent in your nose
The soft warm breeze you feel on you skin
Grab then both let them come within
The sounds of the birds that you hear
Capture the beauty with your ear
Now we have a piece of each part
Let it melt in your mind and heart
This is a start I think you will find
Will bring you inner peace to your mind
